JB Saeed will fully facilitate its customer to resolve the matter.If the customer cancels or asks for a refund of the online paid order, the amount will be returned after deduction of bank charges & service charges which equals to 5%.Customer can opt for a full refund of amount via Credit Voucher also without deduction of Bank charges, which can be utilized in future.
