Orders Delivery:

All orders placed online through our website shall be processed after the confirmation is received from the customer via our customer service representative.All orders are expected to be shipped within 3-5 working days after confirmation of order.The above mentioned delivery timings are approximate and may vary. JB Saeed Home & Hardware reserves the right if any changes are done.

Order Cancellation:

Order placed and not confirmed to our customer support representative, will be automatically cancelled.If you wish to change your mind, you are requested to let us know as soon as possible by contacting our customer support within 24 hours. After confirmation of order by the customer, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.Orders cancelled by customer after making online payment, will be issued with a credit voucher, which can be redeemed in future.  In case of payment reimbursement, online bank charges will be deducted.If any online, that is paid by the customer is to be cancelled due to any reason by us, the amount will be reimbursed to the customer through their banking channel. The customer has to provide us the bank details from the registered contact mediums.

Order Return / Exchange Policy/ Dispute

In case of any issue, a dispute can be opened within 3 days after the delivery of the products.  JB Saeed Home & Hardware shall accept if any issue occurs from their side. In case it’s not related to us, the dispute will be closed. The decision of dispute will be final and acceptable for both parties.In case of order being returned by the customer, full shipping charges will be charged.In case of cancellation of order by the customer after payment, a credit voucher will be issued to the customer of the equivalent amount, the voucher can be redeemed in the future.Goods can be returned in case of variation in quantity ordered or in case of incorrect article being dispatched.The goods returned/exchanged must be in new condition and returned in original packaging along with all the included accessories.

Payments

All online payments are processed with Third Party channels.In case of any dispute of online payment, JB Saeed Home & Hardware will not be liable for any loss. JB Saeed will fully facilitate its customer to resolve the matter.If the customer cancels or asks for a refund of the online paid order, the amount will be returned after deduction of bank charges & service charges which equals to 5%.Customer can opt for a full refund of amount via Credit Voucher also without deduction of Bank charges, which can be utilized in future. JB Saeed Home & Hardware will not be responsible for any payment stopped/hold by customer’s bank.For all the online paid orders, if cancelled by JB Saeed Home & Hardware, full amount will be returned to customer via banking channel only.In case of Bank Transfer, order status will be marked as confirmed and will be shipped once the payment slip has been received and confirmed by us.COD service will not be available for any order above Rs. 50,000/-

Any contests or other promotions made available through the online services may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.
