JB Saeed will fully facilitate its customer to resolve the matter.If the customer cancels or asks for a refund of the online paid order, the amount will be returned after deduction of bank charges & service charges which equals to 5%.Customer can opt for a full refund of amount via Credit Voucher also without deduction of Bank charges, which can be utilized in future.JB Saeed Home & Hardware will not be responsible for any payment stopped/hold by customer’s bank.For all the online paid orders, if cancelled by JB Saeed Home & Hardware, full amount will be returned to customer via banking channel only.In case of Bank Transfer, order status will be marked as confirmed and will be shipped once the payment slip has been received and confirmed by us.COD service will not be available for any order above Rs. 50,000/-
