After confirmation of order by the customer, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.Orders cancelled by customer after making online payment, will be issued with a credit voucher, which can be redeemed in future. In case of payment reimbursement, online bank charges will be deducted.If any online, that is paid by the customer is to be cancelled due to any reason by us, the amount will be reimbursed to the customer through their banking channel. All online payments are processed with Third Party channels.In case of any dispute of online payment, JB Saeed Home & Hardware will not be liable for any loss. JB Saeed will fully facilitate its customer to resolve the matter.If the customer cancels or asks for a refund of the online paid order, the amount will be returned after deduction of bank charges & service charges which equals to 5%.Customer can opt for a full refund of amount via Credit Voucher also without deduction of Bank charges, which can be utilized in future. JB Saeed Home & Hardware will not be responsible for any payment stopped/hold by customer’s bank.For all the online paid orders, if cancelled by JB Saeed Home & Hardware, full amount will be returned to customer via banking channel only.In case of Bank Transfer, order status will be marked as confirmed and will be shipped once the payment slip has been received and confirmed by us.COD service will not be available for any order above Rs. 50,000/-
